The Council for Community Enrichment, Inc.’s philosophy is to give back to the community in which we live, work and play, and to inspire other civic leaders, organizations, agencies and individuals to do the same. CCE focuses on programs and services that support education, economic empowerment and improving the quality of life for DeKalb County residents. Preferential consideration and funding will be given to grant proposals that address CCE’s program focuses.
